REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
  • The candidate must have 12+ years of experience as a Linux Engineer or similar role in a large and complex enterprise environment.
  • The candidate must have a current DoD 8570 Requirement: IAT III Certification or the ability to acquire one within a 6-month grace period.
  • The candidate must possess a deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, as well as the ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • The candidate must exhibit strong leadership skills, with the capability to guide and influence teams and individuals.
  • The candidate must showcase effective interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
  • The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • The candidate must have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing circumstances.
  • The candidate must present superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ideal candidate has adeptness in facilitating and managing Scrum and Kanban practices, including sprints and continuous flow.

  • Ideal candidate has notable skills in communications and writing, capable of producing articulate and compelling documentation for various stakeholders.
  • Ideal candidate has experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to track and support the work of the Agile teams.
  • Ideal candidate trains and coaches’ teams and individuals in Agile concepts and practices.
