Accounting Manager, Corporate Reporting - Hybrid

The Accounting Manager, Corporate Reporting will help perform various duties to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of complex transactions and subsidiary companies. This includes preparing audited GAAP and regulatory reporting and assisting with monthly/quarterly financial statement close activities.

Preparation of external reporting for certain legal entities and the company's bank subsidiaries. Prepare reporting packages for senior management. Leverage technology to enhance governance framework, recommend process and control improvements. Partner with various areas with the implementation of process improvements as they relate to external reporting. Manage regulatory reporting examinations, internal and external audits. Monitor new pronouncements as they impact the organization. Assists with ad hoc requests, special projects and other duties related to financial reporting and analysis, as needed. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent 8+ years of experience in bank financial reporting, accounting or auditing Bank, Financial services reporting experience is required Public accounting experience preferred, but not required CPA license preferred but not required Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels Experience analyzing and understanding key data and technical accounting Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet critical deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills
