Job Summary: The Processing Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the process control; product production, including raw material launch, product inspection, acceptance and quality status tracking, quality deficiencies, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the processing operations of solar projects.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist in relevant contract and order reviews systems, and customers
  • Track and compare the process impact and client usage before and after the adjustment.
  • Responsible for the revision and promotion of semi-finished and finished product standards, supervising the implementation of standards in each section, providing timely feedback and communication in case of any abnormalities, and tracking the improvement effect
  • Supervise the standardization of process parameters, accurate material usage, and standardized personnel operations, and organize regular meetings every week to discuss the improvement of various non-standard operations on the production line.
  • Identify, resolve any maintenance of QA equipment, document, create SOP and deliver training of updates
  • According to various abnormal opening standards, timely open EAR (Effective Action Requests) or MRB (Material Review Board); track relevant departments to review the reasons for abnormalities and improvement measures and conduct monthly audits and confirmation of various improvement measures to ensure the effective implementation of improvement measures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Mathematics, Electronics, or Semiconductors
  • 2+ years of work doing quality management and/or in the semiconductor industry
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer factory inspection and system audit, with strong management and communication skills
  • Proficient in using seven QC methods, familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits, trained in ISO9000 system management, and familiar with manufacturing enterprise operation management systems.
  • Proficient in applying SPC, FMEA, MSA and familiar with the daily workflow of the quality department.
