Job Summary:
The Body Shop Manager at DELLA Auto- North Region in Plattsburgh, New York will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the body shop department.
This includes ensuring efficient operations, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in the auto industry, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of auto repair processes.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry with a compensation range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the body shop department, including scheduling, repairs, and team management
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all repairs, while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage and develop a team of technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and manage department budget and expenses, including inventory and equipment
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technology, and implement new processes to improve efficiency and quality of repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role in the auto industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of auto repair processes and procedures
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software and applications related to auto repair management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
