DescriptionJob Description:
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will support our sales team by handling key administrative and operational tasks. This role is designed for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales, with plenty of opportunities for development and advancement. You will assist with lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining client relationships while gaining hands-on experience in the sales process. 
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and managing client communications.
  • Help generate leads and research potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support sales representatives during the sales process by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and following up on leads.
  • Update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate data entry and client details.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and reports for meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales metrics and track performance against set targets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
