The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the activities required to install, maintain and support the Company’s IT infrastructure and computer systems. This person will, with input from other IT personnel, review applications, application upgrades, baseline OS images, software updates and standard configurations, that are deployed throughout the Company. They will develop strategy to effectively deploy, upgrade and maintain a standard configuration of such.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure equipment and software, related to networking wired and wireless, telecommunications, servers and computer systems Perform software installations, configurations, and upgrades, across the Company’s computer systems using System Center Configuration Manager Manage operating system images used for computer system deployments, using industry-standard end point management platform (, SCCM, etc.) Perform daily operations and functions within the IT infrastructure environment such as patching, endpoint deployment, monitoring of system performance Follow established processes and propose process improvements where applicable and relevant Follow best practices with respect to package deployment and overall compliance check-ins Provide routine and out-of-cycle reports to other IT administrators, security, and management personnel detailing accurate point-in-time compliance results Participate in technical discussions, develop, and if needed, present required briefing materials to IT management and/or other internal customers as required Create and/or maintain applicable documentation, including but not limited to, workflows, processes, desk instructions, SOPs, Policy & Procedures, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field + years of experience using an industry-standard end point management platform (, SCCM, etc.) Proficiency in administering Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop OSs ITIL certification and/or ITSM experience considered a plus Proficiency with PowerShell and/or other scripting languages considered a plus High level of customer service, communication skills (oral and written), and attention to detail Willingness to learn and be adaptable with a “can do” attitude Must be a self-starter with initiative and ability to work/troubleshoot problems independently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Desire to work as part of a team in a diverse, rapidly changing environment Ability to handle multiple projects on short timelines Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy U. S. citizenship is required Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
