Participate in the successful execution of IT projects related to retail store operations.
Serve as the regional expert on store systems applications and IT processes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to support SLAs and IT protocols.
Assist in the automation, enhancement, and upgrade of store technologies, including but not limited to: Point of Sale (Oracle/Micros), in-store inventory management, printers, payment gateways, traffic solutions, mobile solutions, omni-channel solutions, and CRM systems.
Develop and maintain system requirements, installation, and support documentation for transition to the support team.Adopt an agile methodology in project execution.
Identify areas where additional user training is necessary to minimize support incidents.
Engage in regular discussions within IT and business sectors to exchange knowledge and experiences, fostering continuous improvement in support and services.
Support the release management cycle and associated testing processes.Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of IT experience with a focus on process design and enhancement.
Hands-on experience with retail technology, including PCs, LAN, servers, networks, POS systems, traffic solutions, fitting room applications, inventory management solutions, CRM systems, and handheld devices.
Solid understanding of networking infrastructure, TCP/IP, firewalls, Active Directory, and Windows in an enterprise setting, as well as MDM platforms.Familiarity with POS solutions (Oracle preferred), including polling, sales auditing, and scripting, is advantageous.
Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS is a plus.
Proficient in collaboration tools including Microsoft O365, Jira, and Zoom.
Experience collaborating with application teams to design and implement integrations with back-office systems.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
