Sus responsabilidades como técnico de servicio


Como técnico de puertas de garaje , usted será responsable de reparar e instalar piezas y equipos de puertas de garaje en las instalaciones de nuestro cliente.


· Diagnóstico y reparación : será responsable de reparar puertas de garaje, operadores de puertas, reemplazar piezas de puertas desgastadas o rotas, instalar equipos nuevos, incluidas puertas, y reemplazar resortes.

· Educar al cliente : explicará en detalle y ayudará al cliente a comprender sus opciones para reparar el problema y evitar problemas futuros. Una vez finalizado el trabajo, lo revisará y explicará a los clientes para que comprendan completamente el trabajo realizado.

· Vender servicios, reparaciones y equipos nuevos : utilizando nuestro modelo probado, en el que lo capacitamos, venderá servicios al cliente utilizando un modelo bueno/mejor/mejor. También cobrará el pago del cliente.

· Administre el inventario de su vehículo : necesitará el equipo, las herramientas y los productos adecuados para vender adecuadamente el trabajo y dar servicio al equipo.

Requisitos para el rol de técnico de servicio


Requisitos básicos del puesto

· Debe tener aptitudes mecánicas y habilidades técnicas.

· Debe poder levantar 50 libras de forma independiente.

· Debe poder agacharse, trepar, arrodillarse y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados de tiempo.

· Debe poder trabajar con calor y frío, tanto en el exterior como en el interior de garajes que no puedan tener temperatura controlada.

· Tener habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse efectivamente con los clientes y resolver problemas.

· Comunicarse y trabajar eficazmente en un entorno acelerado.

· Ser confiables y capaces de atender a nuestros clientes siguiendo nuestro proceso.


Conocimiento

· Se prefiere tener experiencia en la industria de puertas de garaje, pero no es obligatorio; nosotros lo capacitaremos.

· Debe poder utilizar una computadora y/o tableta. No puedes tenerle miedo a la tecnología.

· Debe poder utilizar herramientas manuales y operar equipos mecánicos.



Pago y beneficios

Ofrecemos un pago competitivo que igualará o superará cualquier operación. Durante su período de formación de 90 días, recibirá un pago por hora de formación. Después de la capacitación, recibirá comisiones por el trabajo que complete. La mayoría de los técnicos ganan entre 60.000 y 100.000 dólares al año.
