- Experienced Garage Door Installer
- Experienced Garage Door Service Technician

We have an immediate opening for the right candidate.

*Hiring Bonus of $500.00 - (depends on performance) paid after 180 days employment + $1000 (depends on performance) paid after 12 months of employment

Job Responsibilities:
Installation of residential garage doors, openers, repair broken springs, and diagnosis of customer door issues.
Drive to the job site, assess customers repair needs, and complete work to the customers' satisfaction.
Further develop mechanical skills, learn new techniques, and remain current with all safety specifications.
Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship.
Plan and coordinate daily jobs.
Use a variety of hand and power tools.
Learn to inspect job sites both before and after install.
Ensure that company quality standards are maintained.
Communicate with office and customers.
Other warehouse & back office duties.

Be able to maintain schedule and be on time to appointments
Be at least 18 years old.
Have open availability and be able to work some evenings & some weekends.

If you are a qualified experienced professional installer, we invite you to join our team. We will pay you a signing bonus of $500 after your 3rd month and $1000 after your 12th month.

Don't have garage door experience? No problem We are also looking for an apprentice/helper and are willing to train the right person. We are seeking a candidate that has a "CAN DO" positive attitude and an outgoing personality.

Compensation
Apprenticeship: We will provide you with comprehensive PAID training This will last approximately 1 month to 3 months (depending on your progress). During this time you will receive $15.00/hour.
Upon completion of the training program, you will graduate to an Installer/Sales and Service Technician.

Experienced Installer and or Experienced Service Technician - Pay DOE (Techs have the ability to earn an hourly wage or commission and piece work per job, while also being eligible for BONUSES & INCENTIVES based on their performance, after the initial 90 day probation period).
