The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is looking to hire a Golf Outside Service Supervisor to oversee our golf operations in the following areas:

Provide effective leadership to the outside service team, including training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure high standards of service delivery. Coordinate and manage tee times, ensuring efficient flow of play and minimizing wait times for members and guests. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all golfers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Oversee the presentation and maintenance of the tee area, including bag drop facilities, cart barn, cart staging, and cleanliness of the surrounding areas. Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are followed in the operation of golf carts and other equipment, maintaining a safe environment for golfers and staff. Manage inventory levels of golf equipment, supplies, and amenities, coordinating with the pro shop and other departments to ensure adequate stock levels. Maintain open and effective communication with the golf management team, pro shop staff, and other relevant departments to coordinate activities and address any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate records of tee time bookings, outside service activities, and any incidents or feedback received from golfers. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for outside service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of golf operations. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for outside service staff, providing feedback and setting performance goals to ensure continuous improvement. Assist in the planning and execution of special events and tournaments, coordinating outside service activities to support the smooth running of these events.
