Description:

The fast paced and growing sales department is looking to fill the position of an Inside Sales Representative. The applicant must be enthusiastic, professional, goal oriented, and a team player. Inside Sales Representatives are located in Shelton and will grow the business by intensely focusing their efforts on the K-12 Public Sector segment. This position is a great opening into sales in the Public Sector market and with success, provides the opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Strive to meet and exceed designated monthly sales goals Overachieve daily activity expectations and metrics Utilize proven sales methods to prospect and identify new buying opportunities Develop growth plans for existing customers Learn, understand, and teach the value of our products in the education market, specifically preK-8 Making a high volume of outbound phone sales building a book of business within the defined territory Prepare quotes and bids as needed

Requirements:

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal oriented, and success driven Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where teamwork is integral to success Eager to learn the fast paced and growing K-12 market Interested in growth and upward mobility Excellent interpersonal relationship skills Experience in new business development via networking and prospecting

Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
