Associate Relations Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication and collaboration across business and HR teams
  • Address and resolve team member issues effectively
  • Conduct training on DEI, laws, policies, and procedures
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations
  • Investigate allegations of discrimination and harassment
  • Counsel management on HR policies, attendance, performance, and discipline
  • Oversee leaves of absence (ADA, FMLA, PFML, etc.)
  • Develop and monitor departmental goals and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure HR policy and procedure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist legal counsel with defense preparations
  • Support crisis management and new hire screening programs
  • Primarily office-based with some field investigations. Does have an option for a day of remote work
  • The ability to travel when needed is required

Associate Relations Manager Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Associate Relations and investigations
  • Leadership experience in a hospitality environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Strong problem-solving and client relationship management abilities
  • MCAD Certification preferred
