If you are ready to explore something new, Tyler Technologies has an opportunity for you Join our growing team of Deployment Engineers to work hands on with our clients throughout the country. In this enticing role, you will provide remote and onsite custom software installation and upgrade services for Tyler applications.
Responsibilities
Perform software installation and upgrade services for new and existing Tyler clients through scheduled project appointments with a defined scope of work Configure application, database, and web servers with Tyler and 3rd party software Provide technical overviews to clients Document results of work performed
Qualifications
IT / computer related experience, including but not limited to: degrees or certifications related to MIS, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering Aptitude to learn complex technical tasks Analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience administering and/or installing applications on Microsoft Windows Server desired; training available through Tyler Experience administering and/or installing Microsoft SQL Server desired; training available through Tyler Basic knowledge of web servers and secured communication (SSL) desired; training available through Tyler Basic knowledge of computer hardware and network configurations desired Ability to self-manage projects and prioritize work Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical and non-technical individuals Ability to contribute and work effectively within a collaborative team environment Attention to details Valid driver’s license and ability to travel on occasion
