Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering personnel and provide strategic direction for the development and effectiveness of DevOps methodologies.
  • Enhance and refine processes and systems that ensure reliability in complex enterprise-scale applications; implement strategic roadmaps and project plans to foster continuous improvement across the software engineering division.

  • Oversee and manage infrastructure for the delivery of both on-premise and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Focus on increasing automation through the development of pipelines and scripting.
  • Champion the integration of DevOps and reliability as a core mindset throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain monitoring, metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) to assess the effectiveness of DevOps processes.
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues and evaluate recommendations related to business opportunities, influencing policy and process enhancements.
  • Manage financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with mission-critical applications, particularly in the medical products/devices sector, is required.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards is preferred.
  • Proficient in the tech stack including Azure, C#, Angular, MicroServices, GitHub, and Jira.
