Manager, Order Integration

Purpose: Proactively managing the orderbook integration team to ensure the accurate integration of customer orders into company systems while verifying order and master data accuracy and proactively addressing issues directly with customers and/or internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Team management/ development Continuous process improvement around integration and recapping or orders. Ensure proper Master Data set-up and resolution management with internal teams prior to order integration to facilitate the timely processing of orders Managing team through high-level verification of order accuracy and address discrepancies with customers and/or internal departments Partner and manage cross-functional teams such as: internal supply chain teams. After each deadline (e.g. Booking, Weekly AR), provide order confirmations and thorough orderbook analysis to sales, External accounts. Oversee team to ensure efficiencies with EDI and related systems to ensure that orders are integrated timely and meet cut off requirements As needed, Manage Contract & Call-off orders effectively utilizing EDI and SAP functionality As needed, manually enter booking, reorder & clearance orders accordance to company policies

Ability to develop positive working relationships at various organizational levels and influence others to achieve goals Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish a shared goal Proven leadership experience Proficiency in relevant computer systems (SAP, Microsoft- Excel, Outlook) Process transactional data accurately Works independently with strong organizational skills Demonstrates a sense of timely response and ownership Reviews data to identify trends and initiate improvement actions Proven experience in challenging an existing process(es) and developing unique solutions to problems Ability to articulate complex ideas and focus on critical tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the consumer goods industry. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
