What You Will Get To Do:
The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering the organization with information, content, expertise, and tools to help Sales Executives sell more effectively and efficiently. Ultimately, the primary focus is to optimize the journey of our buyers, by supporting our sales and business teams to build pipelines, relationships, opportunities, and improve communication. In this role, we expect you'll be able to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in go-to-market processes and work across the organization to create and complete client-facing materials:
Develop collateral for sales team to illustrate the expertise and capabilities of SS&C Health across the enterprise: Factsheets, Decks, Brochures, Case Studies, Mailers, and more
Manage and execute RFPs, RFIs and other client requested questionnaires as part of sales evaluation
Maintain Sales Support processes and documentation
Collaborate with Marketing team to produce general sales content management, as well as content/collateral to support lead generation campaigns
Provide day-to-day support for sales and account executive teams, including troubleshooting on current technology and sales tools
Manage research request, expand requests to understand next steps once research is complete, align appropriate resources to support target/sales pursuit activities
Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales and Account Management teams on sales training initiatives as needed
Develop a deep understanding of SS&C Health's business model and products
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, statistics, and analysis around sales activities
Participate in projects for senior management as needed
This role requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, meet strict deadlines, and think creatively about solving problems and reporting performance
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to anticipate and address their requirements
Ability to conceive and create collateral in support of sales and account management teams such as case studies and quarterly business review presentations
Experience with Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required
Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills are critical
Ability to learn quickly, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to lead and manage Sales Enablement projects independently
