RFP Specialist

We are looking for a Parttime/Contractor RFPSpecialist to join us at TSC LLC We seek an individual who willplay a key role in supporting the sales team. This role is fit forsomeone detailoriented and willing to understand our products andservices with the ability and experience to develop and presentcustom solutions. The ideal candidate could be an RFP Analyst SalesSupport Representative or ProposalSpecialist.

Role Responsibilitiesand Essential Functions

• Prepares RFPs based on Clients and companyrequirements.
• Track RFP deadline and Projectmanage RFP process.
• Develops proposals bidsquotations RFP responses or other documents describingorganizational products and services in response to requests fromprospective clients
• Seek new RFPopportunities.
• Collaborates and coordinateswith internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensurecontent is complete accurate and maximizes businessopportunities.
• Prepares and maintains arepository of templates standard language and product collateral orexhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or uniqueinquiries
• Provides administrative andlogistical support to the sales team. Duties may include orderprocessing/entry record keeping response to customer inquiries andRFP.
• Coordinates customer and prospectmeetings and events. Prepares presentation materials andexhibits.
• Generates reports on sales targetsactivity and other related metrics
• Reviewscontracts terms and service levelagreements.
  
  

Qualifications and EducationRequirements

• 2 yearsof related experience
• High school orequivalent with 1 years of related work experience
• Excellent project coordination skills with strongorganizational and communication skills
• Preferred experience working with pricing and/orcalculating margins
• Ability to prioritize workeffectively both independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel OutlookWord)
  

Working Conditions

Able to work 1520 hours a week.
