Be a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs. Leverage your problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive customer-centric strategies. As a Product Solutions Manager in Payment Rails, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams. The Payment Rails Product Solutions/Sales Team is responsible for prospecting, pitching and closing B2B payables solutions for large corporate, financial institutions, healthcare and multi-national clients. This is performed in concert with key banking, Treasury Services, product, credit, implementations, service and operations partners. This role requires a deep understanding of all Treasury Services products such as ACH, Disbursements, Wire, RTP, etc. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong sales pipeline and managing deals from prospecting through to revenue recognition of closed deals to target. You will partner with other Payment Rails Product Solutions Managers on deals.
Job responsibilities Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap Meets and exceeds assigned revenue goals Prepares and delivers presentations with demonstrable ownership of all aspects of the sales cycle Represents the bank at conferences, internal client and peer events; attending client roundtables, strategy white-boarding, workshops, etc., as required Contributes to marketing strategy and communications plans Supports pricing and proposal writing process as needed Occasionally travels nationally and globally when permitted Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization  Experience with, and technical knowledge of digital channels products including; internet, host-host, API and mobile channels Strong payments industry knowledge: consultative background delivering complex solutions  Demonstrable success leading client interactions Analytical mindset with an ability to understand complex technical details Awareness of general financial services and Commercial Card specific regulatory framework Deep understanding of payment card network and transaction processing
