Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules and work plans
  • Establish deadlines and monitor progress
  • Identify and resolve issues within the project scope
  • Define and manage resources to achieve project objectives
  • Track project costs and ensure budget adherence
  • Provide regular project updates to internal customers
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
  • Automation experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software, including Microsoft Project
Working Conditions

The Project Manager will work in a moderate noise level environment, primarily indoors. Occasional travel may be required. The ability to wear safety equipment, including proper PPE, is necessary.
