GTX Vendor Returns Manager

About The Role
The Vendor Returns Manager (Material Return Station/ZT Production Parts/Return to Vendor) is responsible for the collection, coordination, processing, and/or repair of non-conforming production parts or parts rejected by IQC. Manage the end-to-end demand, supply, inspection, and/or repair functions, failure analysis, accurate validation, and inventory allocation of non-conforming parts. Define and initiate cross-functional KPIs, metrics, and analysis.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of technicians and coordinators Implement efficient repair processes to ensure quality standards are met Responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and guidance which align with overall strategic objectives Manage and analyze trends for overall efficiency improvement, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Develop and train team members to support initiatives Define and document vendor requirements to improve the efficiency of parts returns Ensure timely processing and shipment of returned vendor material Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance Manage test lab and all related functions Manage internal validation of inventory accuracy Support Lean InitiativesWhat You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment 3+ years of people leadership experience Proficient with MS Office applications Must possess strong data entry and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills required Collaborative, flexible and adaptable#LI-onsite #LI-PW
