Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of luxury leasing experience, mid-rise experience, and proficiency in Yardi software products preferred Skills & Certifications: Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills Strong work ethic and customer focus Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Attention to detail/follow-up technique Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Problem-solving skills and reliability Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Valid Driver’s License requiredBenefits:
