In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. Responsibilities

Customized Solutions: Be a telecom wizard Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them speechless with satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological wizardry. You're the walking encyclopedia of telecom goodness Sales Pitch: Become a master of persuasion selling in the field. Showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, effortlessly addressing customer concerns and objections. Closing Deals: You're not just a salesperson; you're a deal-making maestro. Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life. Documentation: Your attention to detail is impeccable. Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision, ensuring we have everything we need for smooth sailing. Relationship Building: You're not just closing deals; you're opening doors to lasting connections. Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.  A minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivator with a knack for working independently. Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.  Ability to work full time.

Extensive product knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile and fixed-line products and services. Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable terms for customers. Digital proficiency: Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other relevant software applications. Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace digital transformation.
