Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will support the Facility CEO by managing daily administrative tasks, composing email responses, and maintaining organizational systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Skills: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.Composing Email Responses: Draft and manage email communications for the CEO, Director of Operations, and Housing Director.Maintaining First Our Book, Policies, and Procedures: Update and manage the organization's policy and procedure manuals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Previous administrative or office management experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
