Freese and Nichols is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Tampa, FL . As Business Development Coordinator, you will create and build client relationships while overseeing sales activities to obtain future business.You will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by facilitating leads and sales, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating client activities.

· Conduct client-facing interactions. Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients via email, phone and in-person.

· Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities

· Assist in implementing Freese and Nichols sales strategies

· Develop relationships with identified key and strategic client accounts

· Assist business development such as a key and strategic account client representatives, Practice Leader or Account Director in developing account and opportunity plans

· May serve in one or more client representative roles

· Coordinate, assist and attend client events, meetings, appointments and conferences

· Oversee preparation of presentations for internal sales team and external clients

· Prepare, attend and participate in sales presentations such as lunch and learns, brown bags, and trainings

· May supervise activities and tasks of identified Business Development staff

· Manages Key and Strategic Account Program.

· Coordinate with Accounting to report on financial metrics, such as bookings

· Identify areas and processes for improvement or efficiency

· Represent Freese and Nichols through involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles

Qualifications

· High School Diploma and 6+ years' experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry (Education will be considered in lieu of experience)

Preferred

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field 

· Prior experience in Cosential or another Customer Relationship Management software

· Experience producing sales reports and dashboards using data from CRM, PowerBI, MS Excel
