Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and resources.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Equipment Repairs: Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of machinery, including production equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to production schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for maintenance operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Budget Management: Manage maintenance budget, including cost control, expenditure tracking, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require physical exertion.
