The annual base salary range for this role is $115k with a total on-target compensation of $155k annually. While this position is remote, preference will be given to candidates within the Chicago, IL local area.

As the Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps), your primary areas of focus will be improving…

  • Visibility: One-click access to each department’s key performance indicators and board meeting report ownership.
  • Efficacy (and efficiency as a by-product): GTM objectives have success metrics that are tracked by RevOps to indicate what’s working and not working. 
  • Strategy: Data insights guide decision-making and process improvement.


Responsibilities:

What you’ll work on

GTM Tech Stack

  • Selection, Implementation & Management. Core is in place, but incrementally may need point solutions, etc
  • CRM/Salesforce proficiency. Able to take business concepts and reduce to practice in the context of SF. This includes data structure, automations, reporting, and full funnel analytics enablement.
  • Player - Coach. Able to lead a team and teach

KPIs

  • Facilitate a thorough exposure of raw data as well as compound metrics necessary for reporting at the operating, financial/accounting, and executive/board levels.
  • Striving for cleanest sources of truth.
  • Help to create alignment on revenue goals and the breakdown of how they can be attained.

Data

  • Adept at determining the needs for raw data acquisition, enrichment, and maintenance.
  • Able to determine the needs of a project and right-size the solution using off the shelf and homegrown techniques.
  • Conceptualize the grading and scoring of leads/accounts based on data that can be captured and/or attained for both companies and contacts.

Process

  • Consistently upgrading methodologies for accomplishing work output for all phases of RevOps. From micro (automations and workflows) to macro (goal setting and team development).
  • Help to break down, document and improve the revenue producing workstreams of each GTM team.
  • Monitoring & improving the sales/CS pipeline along with our self-serve base

Analysis

  • Lead the nascent function of BI and analysis of the business to determine strengths and weaknesses, especially around capital efficiency.
  • Productionalizing reporting and setting the company up for overall better visibility of the business. 
  • Enable the ability to track leads to opportunities to sales at various source levels and across different time periods & initiatives.
  • Enable the ability to see not only the campaign but also each aspect of go-to-market team efficiency.

  • Hands-on technical experience with our core systems: Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of and execution ability with Salesforce (admin-level), HubSpot, and Gainsight.
