Job Description

As a Diagnostic Engineer you will be designing and providing diagnostic strategies & special tools for our technicians. You will also perform test analysis through analyzing and reviewing design specifications and creating test cases. Based on this analysis you will verify and validate Aftermarket diagnostic tool software and other parts of Volvo diagnostics solutions. You will do that by following all necessary steps in the SW testing process including test preparation, test execution and test reporting.
 

Qualifications

 Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Computer Engineering. Experience with heavy duty vehicle diagnostics, repair and maintenance, heavy duty product development or as verification/test engineer. Basic knowledge of the equipment for electronics system / component testing (CANoe, CANalyzer, others, etc.). Knowledge in agile SW development techniques. Experience with software verification and validation, test case, use cases and system releases. Software test certification is merit. Experience working in a global environment. This position requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
