About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Uptime Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical services department, you will lead vehicle product quality issue investigations and provide technical support to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across organizational borders. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in an automotive-related industry.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $82,575 - $115,605, based on location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development within the Volvo Group.
