Era Living is seeking a full time Lead Housekeeper to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located in Lakeshore Community, South Seattle/Renton, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 07:00am - 03:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for performing day-to-day housekeeping functions and assisting the supervisor with inventory, scheduling and training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine Housekeeping/Laundry functions in a health care setting
  • Ability to schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and complete assigned tasks within allotted time
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and requirements and ability to follow all regulations and requirements ensuring personal and resident safety at all times
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or GED certificate
  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferred
