Responsibilities

:

ManagingprogressacrossTen-XcrossfunctionalteamstoensureallassignedCREand note sales are ready for auction in advance of deadlines

Activelyparticipatinginseller/clientmeetingsandtakingownershipofcommunications regarding Ten-X’s contracts and closing end-to-end process

Reviewingsellerpurchaseagreementsoraddendaforspecialprovisionsandrequired auction terms to ensure compatibility with the Ten-X platform

Auditing each assigned property’s Data Room and publishing the appropriate purchase agreements/ addendatothelistingpage inatimelymannersotheycanbereviewedby potential bidders prior to auction

Analyzingtitlereportsandcoordinatingwithsellersandtitlecompaniestoaddress problematic issues prior to auction​Coordinatingwithbuyers,sellersandescrowtoobtainrequiredsignaturesandconfirmation of Earnest Money Deposit receipt by escrow Facilitatingcommunicationbetweenbuyers,sellers,brokers,andtitle/escrowcompaniesto help resolve disputes or conflicts to ensure a smooth close of escrow Escalateconcernstoappropriatepartieswithclearandconciseinformationanddetails Problemsolveandseekoutnewandcreativesolutionstointernalandexternalissues Reportingpolished,succinct, andcompletenotesonalltransactionsforreviewbysenior management Ad hoc projects as determined by management, including but not limited to process improvementrelatedprojects,preparinganddeliveringpresentations, andtraininginitiatives Demonstratesprofessionalbehaviorandteamwork,ispunctual,dependableandadheresto Company policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegreefrom an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

A track record of commitment to prior employers.

2+yearsofrealestatetransactionortitle/ escrow experience.

Workingknowledgeofrealestatecontracts,closingandassociatedduediligence documents.

Highlycollaborativeandcapableofworkingwithinternal andexternalpartnerstofacilitate successful results.

Abilitytomakequickdecisionsandsolveproblemsusinggoodjudgment inafast-paced environment.

Polishedwritten,verbal,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills.

Strongorganizationalandrecordsmanagementskills.

Researchandproblem-solvingskills.

TechnicalacumenandfamiliaritywithallMSOfficesoftwareincludingWord,Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
