Arborist Sales Representative

We are looking to hire a skilled Arborist Representative to join our team.

Duties:
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals within S/E Wisconsin.
  • Keep constant communication and daily in-person appointments with current/potential customers.
  • Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, estimates, and customer issues.
  • Create on-site and/or e-mail estimates for residential and contractor customers.
  • Review neighboring properties for work opportunities.
  • Routinely check personalized business mobile phone and e-mail.
  • Create/reorganize monthly schedules for customer tree work based on weather/price/emergencies. 
  • Possible additional includes complete PHC jobs, plan crew safety meetings, and employee reviews.
  • Possibility of working on tree crew when needed.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of ISA OR TCIA CTSP Certified Arborist or better preferred but willing to discuss based on experience.
  • 3 Years of tree care sales experience minimum with a proven track record.
  • 2-5 Years within Tree Care Industry performing removals and trimming.
  • CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Basic Computer Experience (e-mail, Google accounts, QuickBooks).
  • Pesticide Applicator License (Plant Health Care) a plus but not required.
