Financial Reporting Associate

Position Summary
Assists in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares reconciliations including but not limited to credit card, payroll pharmacy cash account and other balance sheet accounts. Invoice tracking Managed fixed asset duties; track construction duties in progress. Annual GME closeout process and 1096 file uploads.Minimum Qualifications
Education
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent combination of training and experience.Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting field or a related areaPhysical Requirements
Walk, stand, and reach above the shoulder frequently in an office setting. Must be able to occasionally lift or carry and frequently push or pull up to 100 lbs. as part of the role. Regularly exposed to healthcare settings that may require personal protective equipment.
