The Financial Analyst analyzes financial data, prepares reports, and develops financial models to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting and providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Requirements:
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Develop financial models to support business decisions and strategy.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report financial metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on budgetary performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
