Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: Who will you be supporting? Owl View is a supported living project for 10 people with mental health care needs Each will have a self contained flat and be supported by our social care workers with daily tasks where necessary. Our residents will need support ranging from, personal care, house keeping, meals and cooking assistance, trips to shops and taking part in local activities
What is important to us? We need empathic, patient staff to provide person-centered support to individuals who will be moving here and help them settle into their new lives.

You will encourage and support people to engage in the local community, clubs, cinema, shows, days out, gym, pub lunches shopping, and activities of our personal choice.

 You will be supporting people to work towards person-centred outcomes, enabling them to maintain independence. Other information?  We will be closely working with new partnerships, exciting new prospects, and activities for the entire community to enjoy.

The property is in the market town of Skelton, a short distance from Saltburn, Redcar, and Middlesbrough.

Regular buses link the town with Middlesbrough, Easton, and beyond.

We will have a core background team on duty 24/7 so there is overnight shifts and we will provide additional 1:1 support.
