POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in integration architecture, process improvement, and change management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale integration projects and process improvement initiatives in complex organizations is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the integration strategy, aligning integration initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities across all areas of the business.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and streamline processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of integration technologies, platforms, and tools.
  • Establish and maintain integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of integration projects and process improvement initiatives, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to integration and process improvement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
