Description

s, enrollment packets, new hire orientation, open enrollment materials, policies and ongoing educational materials. Maintains and develops relationships with internal partners, third party administrators and other vendors. Assist with developing benefits delivery branding, design, and utilization of communication tools to increase awareness of the benefit offerings, including intranet pages, creative email, and other communication campaigns.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of health benefit plan principles and compliance requirements. Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table etc). Workday experience a plus. Excellent analytical skills to measure benefit offerings and engagement. Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines. Works well and collaborates with others in a team environment. Demonstrate a sense of urgency, strong time-management and prioritization skills. The ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information. Excellent written, verbal, listening capabilities and attention to detail. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $74,500.00.
