JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support an Advanced Programs development effort as the Deputy All-up-round (AUR) Lead.
* Responsible for the development of the missile system by leading the hardware design team and collaborating across all other IPTs to ensure successful capability development and integration.
* Responsible for assisting in the managing the IPT Budget and schedule with the finance & Planning teams and driving supplier sub-system development with Supplier Management Team and the sub-system subject matter experts within the IPT.
* Will work across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Propulsion, Lethality, Software, Signal processing, GNC, EO/IR, RF, and more.
* Will provide Electrical Engineering oversight to the Engineering team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to start
* BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Minimum 8 years of related experience
* Previous experience leading a multi-discipline team
* Experience working a complex hardware development program
* Demonstrated Supplier sub-system technical management and oversight
* Experience in requirements verification compliance assessment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leadership experience
* Defense industry experience
* Control Account Management (CAM) experience
* Fast-paced development experience
* Experience in failure analysis and root cause corrective action (including leading an FRB)
* Previous experience in system qualification planning and oversight
* Modeling and simulation experience
