Description:
- Provide basic customer support to customers within the value added business line- Order entry from 2 external portals, one being order fulfillment- Provide basic support to business unit leaders- Communicate with customer service and billing to ensure service and payment execution- Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry or customer lookup information This is a new role in a new department and there will be adjustments made to the role over the contract period
