Salary Grade: $15.00/hour

Location of Position: Roj Student Center, McDaniel College
Duration of Appointment: Academic School Year
Scope
Reporting to Office of Student Engagement (OSE) staff, the Programming Assistant provides programming and support for office programs and rec lounge coverage.
Office Assistant Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to anyone who visits the Office of Student Engagement. Maintain a positive atmosphere for anyone who visits the Office of Student Engagement. Communicate with supervisor and colleagues on a regular/consistent basis Good punctuality and attendance Keep spaces neat and organized Keep up with on campus events and activities Attend any training sessions provided by OSE Timely responses to staff e-mails Join GroupMe messaging service to ensure time response to coverage request. Perform other duties as assigned
