LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Consumer Experience is seeking a passionate business professional to join the Digital Operations team responsible for product support of the Company’s state-of-the-art brand rewards programs, including management of the rewards catalogue, redemption codes, Loyalty+/Campaigns, enhancements, and affiliated provider administration.
Positioned within the digital operations team, the role also serves as a subject matter expert providing rewards related planning and guidance to all parties in Consumer Experience and Brand Marketing.
The role requires prior experience managing large manufacturer rewards programs that feature touchpoints ranging from packaging, proprietary web/app, and external digital partnerships. Emphasis is placed on the ability to cultivate relationships, diversity of thought, driving execution, and product administration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Reward Code Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of loyalty program software, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of Rewards codes are updated and enhancements. Loyalty Plus Configuration: Configure and maintain the Loyalty Plus platform, including the creation and management of surveys, polls, and other interactive elements to engage members. Pulling Performance Metrics: Regularly extract and analyse performance data to assess the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Administration and Management of Rewards Services: Administer the day-to-day operations of the rewards program, ensuring seamless service delivery and member satisfaction. Contact Center Feedback: Collaborate with the contact center team to collect and integrate customer feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement in the rewards program.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of regulated industry experience 5+ years rewards product administration 5+ digital marketing or related fields Familiarity with Adobe martech stack Prior experience managing service providers and external partnerships Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skillsBENEFICIAL
