Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Bridgewater, New Hampshire.

Position: Full-Time Paraprofessional
Location: Bridgewater, NH
Contract Period: August 26, 2024, to June 19, 2025
Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing educational programs and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
- Reinforce lessons and concepts introduced by the teacher through guided practice and enrichment activities
- Assist students with assignments, projects, and other academic tasks as needed
- Support students with special needs by implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and accommodations outlined in their plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo a background check and meet other employment requirements
