Are you a skilled Canvasser with a proven track record in appointment setting, particularly in the door-to-door industry? Are you passionate about making a difference in the world while earning great money? Look no further LGCY Power is currently seeking an experienced and non-experienced Canvasser for our Canvas team.

Responsibilities:

Help homeowners transition to solar energy and eliminate their energy bills by setting appointments for our solar energy solutions.

Train and mentor new representatives on door-to-door canvassing techniques and best practices.

Set expectations and goals for new hires, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Conduct direct-to-home training sessions to equip new representatives with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the field.

Drive performance improvement through ongoing coaching and feedback.

Requirements:

Clear speaking voice and effective communication skills.

Determination and a positive attitude.

Ability to handle rejection well and maintain resilience in the face of challenges.

Reliable transportation.

Previous experience in appointment setting or door-to-door sales is preferred but not required.

Passion for environmental sustainability and renewable energy is a plus.
