HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and the development and implementation of HR policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company goals.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
  • Experience with HR software and systems
