Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for experienced, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team Ideal candidates will have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management
- Candidate needs to be experienced in motivating staff
- Generating high volume/gross,
- Have Excellent CSI
- Passionate about customer retention.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals.

Requirements:
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional
- Strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
