What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in managing heavy/civil construction projects.
  • A track record of successfully managing projects over $5M.
  • A diverse project resume that includes work on private, municipal, federal, and state DOT projects.
  • Proven skills in client relations, organization, decision-making, communication, and supervision.
  • A BA/BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.

Your Technical Toolkit Should Include:

  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job software.
