Department Description:


 • Banking relationships for Kaiser’s Treasury function
• Debt management including bonds, commercial paper, and swaps
• Annual Budget and Economic Plan for Kaiser’s Non-Operating Income
• Merger and acquisition strategy – Risant
• Investor relations for Kaiser’s debt
• Renewable energy financing, leases, lines of credit



Target Majors: Computer Science ;Business Administration;Finance & Accounting;Math/Statistics;Liberal Arts;Marketing;Public Health;Healthcare Administration;Data Science;



Target Skills:


• Process optimization and documentation
• Great communication and transparency
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Interest and/or experience in finance 



Job Summary:


• Documentation and organization – potential migration to SharePoint
• Monthly interest rate updates and analyses
• Starting compliance schedules
o Private Use
o Schedule K
o Tax-exempt Bond Compliance
• Assist with financial transactions
• Assist with deck preparation
• Strategic Investments project (Business Development Playbook)

Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.
Performing additional duties as required.

Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements:
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutionsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 GPA or above.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
