The Senior Manager will own the development of the technology strategy and roadmap across all talent acquisition platforms. He/she will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, Technology and HR Transformation team to define roadmaps and priorities for the technology portfolio. 

Key responsibilities:

Leads the Talent Acquisition Product team to develop, implement and maximize the talent acquisition efforts, while prioritizing customer service to business owners. Manage the end-to-end technical delivery across all phases/lifecycle of product/program roadmaps. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business problems and surface technology options to address those problems, including experimenting with emerging technologies. Continually research innovative TA technologies and recommend new platforms driving process efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences. Work closely with multiple technology teams to align with an enterprise vision for IT services across Charles Schwab's internal business functions. Steer the recruiting transformation program, managing and delivering on the program plan in close collaboration with functional stakeholders, architects, development teams, and PMO. Run a portfolio of implementation and optimization projects for TA technologies, including establishing strong relationship with IT teams to support the work. Apply Agile software development methodologies and principles, including work estimation techniques, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), etc. Champions continuous process improvement and the identification and implementation of standard practices to enhance the recruiting process and overall candidate experience Lead a group of team members embedded in the HR Digital Products team, responsible for their growth, upskilling, and ongoing development. Coach the team of product owners, technical specialists, and architects, introducing new technologies and practices as needed. Advocate for release management and automation best practices. Ensure proper root cause analysis and remediation is executed during any incidents or outages. Work with vendors to augment team capacity and knowledge.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

BA/MS degree in computer or information sciences or a similar field. Over 10 years of relevant experience in delivering large-scale IT Transformation initiatives, preferably in large international organizations, with a focus on technology recruiting transformations.Experience managing and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems, ATS, such as iCIMs. A minimum of five years of program leadership experience, leveraging technologies to drive technical governance, innovation, integration, and cloud-oriented strategies. Experience in agile development environments, encompassing all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proven track record of leading and performing software platform assessments and making architectural recommendations aligned with business needs and dependencies. Proven leadership of technical teams and vendors during large implementation programs, with hands-on roles in program management and leadership.

Preferred Experience:

Proficient in security best practices from development and deployment perspectives, with a strong technical competence and ability to rapidly learn new tools and technologies. Thrives in environments demanding strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, alongside independent self-direction, while fostering collaboration and open communication. Demonstrates thought leadership in technology innovation and transformation, with exceptional communication skills and a strong emphasis on collaborative and creative problem-solving. Ability to actively engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders, displaying a high level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and collaboration. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a hands-on approach when necessary, and building reliable relationships with consideration and respect for others. Flexibility to be available outside of regular business hours for international calls as needed, alongside. Possesses financial literacy and understanding of budget and funding processes, coupled with flexibility and an entrepreneurial spirit to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
