How You will contribute: 

Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.

Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and reassessments

Conduct fitness assessments & introductory programs with members.

Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group training classes

Successfully approach members in the gym to schedule showcase workouts

Meet or exceed monthly session completion expectations of 120 sessions per month

Maintain all sales percentages & KPI expectations including established sales ratio goals.

Maintain excellent customer service with members & clients to keep them engaged with their fitness program. 

What You will bring to the team:

Must be at least 18 years of age

A valid personal training certification from YouFit’s preferred list or an exercise science-related degree and a valid CPR/AED with a hands-on live component

Personal training and personal training sales experience

Superior communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills

Strong knowledge in all aspects of fitness

Proven track record of individual success

Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment

Has a passion for fitness and helping others

Possess a positive attitude

Customer service-oriented

Compensation Includes:

Percentage of value of sessions trained 

Floor hours (maximum of 5 hours/week)

Commission on personal training packages sold
