About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team at Spectrum Industries. As a trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our training centers in Munich and Dresden, while also conducting product trainings for our customers in Suwanee.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct trainings and customer-specific workshops for our SINA products in English and German for international and national clients.
  • Plan and organize the implementation of trainings and workshops.
  • Maintain the necessary IT infrastructure for trainings and ensure smooth operation.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences or have a comparable qualification or professional experience.
  • You have several years of professional experience as a trainer.
  • You have excellent moderation and presentation skills, as well as rhetorical and pedagogical skills.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Linux (Red Hat) and networking, especially TCP/IP, routing, and IPsec.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English (at least B2 level).
  • Please note that this position requires a security clearance according to the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) level 2.
