  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio.
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones, and responding to member inquiries.
  • Give studio tours, showcasing the facilities and amenities.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships to help drive studio growth and revenue.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution.
